I would find it very strange if the number of claws was a specific point of importance. Also, the grammatically correct spelling in that case would be "four-clawed legs".

I meant "four extremities, anatomically adapted for moving on solid surface". Number of fingers is more of aesthetic choice. I personally prefer five fingers on each extremity (wings included) with one opposed finger on legs (or paws, or how would you actually call them?) and two opposed fingers on wings.
